Is it possible to run FSX in Windows 98?

I run Windows Vista, with 759MB of RAM, and plenty of room on the hard drive and a 128 MB Graphics Card. Vista uses up alot of the memory (RAM and Graphics) so would it be possible to dual-boot 98 and run FSX on it. Will FSX install on 98?why would it run slow with 98? It runs very slow with vista
