Is this a good computer to buy?

I am not a gamer I just need somthing to run photoshop and download music and surf the web. I found this pre-configured HP that I am interested in. I have tried to customize other HP but none seem to be similar for the price of $799 here is a link.http://www.shopping.hp.com/product/rts_d...A%2523ABAI just want to make sure it is worth the money.
