Is it true Google's universal search coverage...

...is gradually decreasing? Google's universal search is showed the videos, images in SeRP. But this effect the SeRP CTR. Because the user firstly look the multimedia in the middle of SeRP. So Google search ranking become meaningless.So I heard:Google knows that and they gradually decrease the MMS in the SeRP coverage.Is it true? Do you know any information?ThanksI'm sorry.
