Is it my video card ,motherboard ,power

supply or all? My video card is going out on my HP Desktop .I know this because the screen keeps going black and saying no audio. My question is sometimes when I go to ppweron my computer the power wont come on but every time I open up the case and disconnect the atx main power cable from the motherboard and then plug it back in it will fire back up. My video card is built in to my motherboard.I cant figure out if I just need a new pci express video card or my whole motherboard maybe going bad.Why would it not power up sometimes? It cant be that, that cable is loose because it starts up most of the time.
