iPod Help! How do I download my recently purchased

audio/video? Ive recently had issues with my computer having lack of space to hold my iPod videos and had to unfortunatly delete some of them. Now Im at the point were I can hold them again but dont know how to re-download them.Does anyone know how I can download my purchased videos?
