ok this is my second ipod classic,and i am having the same trouble, when it is done synching..i go to rmove certain songs...{my brother and i share a computer and he has crappy taste in music} it is all grey on the screen. the options are there but it will not allow me to 1>delete items2>carry new songs over onto my ipod3>carry video to it or delete those either.basically my ipod is working. it has all the songs from my itunes on it and all the videos but...IT WON'T LET ME DO AYTHING ELSE!!!!.i don't want about 1000 songs i hate stuck on my ipod .has anyone had this problem?i do not know what else to do !!!!!!!anyone who can help gets the points and my eternal gratitude!!!!!!
