iphone problems?

ok here's the deal i restored my iphone to firmware 1.0.2 cause it was giving me problems and now on the activation screen it says "incorrect SIM insert and unlocked and vaild sim to activate iphone" what gives? i have my ATT sim in and it says the same thing what to do?
