Iphone on exisiting Cingular/ATT plan?

I know that it is $20 extra per iphone on top of your existing plan. But eveywhere i look it says that this is the cost for the iphone "data" plan. Is this in addition to the $9.99 per extra line?If i have a plan that is $60 before iphone, and i get the iphone, will i be charged $80 [$60 + iphone data ($20)]or$90 [$60 + iphone data($20) +extra line ($10)]??
