internet speed monitor still prevails nothing effects

that bug its in explorer bar under view tool bat? i have tried everything ran 1000's of antivirus deleted from the contol panel ,nothing in the program files or common files but it is still under explorer bar on view tool bar which couldnt be deleted . keeps on popping up sites and doesnt let any thing to open in google search deleted google updater . is there anyone who can help me in getting rid of this bug.please help me
