when i insert motherboard CD n try to install...

...drivers it says failed to initialize successfully Wat shall i do i have intel 945 chipset.... i wanna install graphics driver....when i insrt disc n try to install it shows "failed to initialize sucessfully"followed by a 8-9 digit numbers....is it cause of fake driver or something?????
