computer to another ( I do not have a windows '98 disk), if I install the drive as slave first and copy the drivers folder over, then install the drive as the main drive(on the primary IDE), will this work? I've tried te other way round - the new drive as the main and the old drive as the slave, and although both drives were recognised, and I could browse to the drivers folder on the original, I couldn't seem to get anywhere, the hardware wouldn't install. Any tips would be really appreciated.Thanks for the prompt reply seriousnell, I am indeed trying to use the swap drive, I'm selling my old PC and don't want to sell it with the original drive fro security reasons,looks like I might be stuffed!
