I'm going to hook up another sub to my sound system

so far i have a amp and a sub do i need a cap? so far i have a 920 peak power amp in there powering a 500 peak 12" subwoofer in there. i'm planning on putting in another 12" sub its the same brand and everything like the other one. do i need a amp or cap? if i need a capacitor what are farads? and do i need thicker wire like a 4 gage? help please
