If I use a 60-watt power supply for a...

...motherboard that needs only 13 watts, what will happen? I am considering getting a Pico ITX motherboard, the smallest on the market, but I cannot find power supplies for its 13 watt requirement, only 60 watt ones.Yes, well, it wouldn't run my quad-core either, I have a 600 watt for it, but this computer is meant to go into a jacket.
