I was d/l with utorrent and incoming...

...connections was able to connect, after bridging our LAN, windows XP SP2.? ... im having now a NAT problem, eversince i started d/l with utorrent this is the first it happen, could it be our ISP is throttling it, my D/L speed is max at 60KB/s(512 connection), max-half open connection is set to 100...
