...black screen that won't let me get to the start button.? It shut down last night and when i turned it on this morning a black screen came up saying that Windows did not start successfully. It gives me options like "safe mode""safe mode with Networking", "safe mode with command prompt" and "start windows normally" all of these just bring me back to the same screen. I want to go to the start button to "restore" but i don't know how to get it. Can someone please tell me how to get to that button? Thank you very much,Sarah
