I need some info about Windows XP

installation on totally refurbed pc? I'm planning on totally refurbing a desktop pc a co worker gave me. New cpu, motherboard, hard drive, memory, everything. The unit has a valid license key for winxp home. I have valid xp home cd's from previous new builds. Will I have any trouble installing xp using my cd with the units license key?
