The system may become unstable or may not boot up if the power is inadequate.to save buying a new psu (the one I have is ATX12v P4 switching power supply 550w, I have no idea who the manufacturer is) can anyone tell me how to attach a 20-pin plug into a 24-pin connection, should it be alligned so that pin1 goes into hole1 this will mean that nothing is attached to holes 11, 12, 23 & 24, is it as easy as that.
