I have an older computer that runs Windows

98 and need to get into DOS to drop partitions for a clean restore. Having a lot of problems with it re-writing stuff, even shells to Windows, have AVG anti-virus, but did restore a couple of weeks back to get rid of same problems and it is doing it all again! Please help!!!!
