...any way i can possibly fix the issue before i send it to apple? Its freezing all the time, and when i turn it on it shows a check mark and says "its ok to unplug" when its not even plugged into anything. what can i do, i know the brand is a bit outdated, but i love it.[[I have already tried re-starting it]]
