I delete documents on my computer and log...

...off.....? I delete documents on my computer and log off and then log back on and they are back. Does anyone know how i can delete them for good? I have done this several times with no luck.I did delete them to the recycle bin and then emptied that.....still there.Yep....tried the hard delete too...no luck.
