HP keyboard setup?

I just got a HP Pavillion laptop with vista. It has a huge selection of keyboard setups but I don't know which one to choose.I'm in Australia.Currently my @ symbol is on the " key, and the " symbol is on the @ key. @ is meant to be key 2 when shift is held down.Which setup would solve this?
