Howcome when i search stuff on google...?

it will do this "Jump" and "redirect" stuff and mess up and take me to this other site. It won't go to what i click on. soemthing is wrong. I have trend-micro antivirus and i ran a scan and got rid of the spyware but it is still doing that. Help!!
