How to transfer a Word 2003 normal.dot file...

...from a Windows XP computer to one running Word 2007 and Vista? My Word 2003 normal.dot file has literally hundreds, if not thousands, of AutoCorrect entries that I have no desire to have to rekeyboard into the new system. Can anything be done?
