How does someone go about taking an internet...

...connection from LAN and broadcast it through a wifi card? I am at work doing nothing important. I have a Samsung Blackjack that has 3G and an unlimited data plan. I can get it to the computer and that works fine. How would I then (assuming I have a wireless card installed) broadcast the connection over the WIFI to my Nintendo DS?
