How do you watch s-video input fullscreen

with geforce 6200se and media center? I cant get this thing to work right. Maybe its just lack of software. Does media center actually recognize a s-video input? I'm trying to input a s-video signal into a Conexant Falcon 2 NTSC video capture board then watch it fullscreen on lcd screen. ARGGHHH!!!!
