...vista? Well I got a laptop yesterday with windows vista installed already. My problem was that at first I forgot my password to my first account and then I made a new one. The new one is administrator account but the problem is I can't log on to it. I already tried to switch accounts/username but it doesn't switch to my administrator account. I might just call sony and ask them see what they say but I thought I might ask here and see if I get any answers.

Call Sony. usually if you lock yourself out, there is no way back in. Sorry!
