1. Turn off and disconnect power2. Open computer case3. Look for fan and disconnect power cable (has red and white wires) from motherboard4. Disconnect any other wires (i.e. sensor wires) that connect the fan to the motherboard or other devices5. Insert new fan and connect power cable (and other wires as instructed with fan's manual)If you actually want to replace the power supply, see the link below.

hmm, you unscrew it, unplug it, stick the new one in, and you're good to go! I might advise taking the computer apart first, it's hard through the case, though managable if you have very small hands.

it's easy once you have removed the case.. but be careful there are many different cpu's so check you order the right fan
