How do I install The Sims Complete...

...Collection? My disc 2 stops the setup process completly? When I insert disc 2 it opens another box with a setup folder in it. in that folder there is an irfanview folder? and an empty data3 thing. The sims setup stops working completly and i dont know what to do...help me please
