How do i install linux Fedora 8?

hey..im wanting to install linux fedora onto my laptop... i want to install it when the pc boots with the cd dive.. i have changed the drive to cd and the disk is recognised... but.. i dont no how to install it.. i am new to linux and this is all i get..http://file039a.bebo.com/0/large/2007/12....jpgplease help Big Grin help please
