How do i get the command window back in AutoCAD...

...2000 LT? i accidentally dragged it so it undocked, then when i tried to drag it back to the border it wouldnt snap back so i dragged it off the screen and it dissapeared. now i cant find it and i cant find an option to turn it on and off.control 9 isnt working
