How do you get the CD for Gamemon USB game pad model #

FT2E92? i can't get mine to work? I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop and want to play games on it. However, it only has Windows vista. I bought Gamemon USB game pad model # FT2E92, it did not come with a CD or any instructions telling me how to install or use the pad. Any suggestions? Should I install a version of Windows XP or another verison of Windows. I am anxious to get started playing games on my Dell laptop. Any suggestion / information is welcomed
