How do i find the Wake On LAN in my Bios? I have...

...windows XP.? I go to start>Turn off computer>Turn off again>Then wait for the light to turn yellow on my moniter>Then i turn off the moniter.over night it turns itself back on and is there waiting for me in the morning. This has been driving me crazy for 2 years.HELP
