How do I change the color of my taskbar in...

...Windows XP? Hey, I keep finding complicated programs that add lots of Spyware to my computer, but they do change the color of my Taskbar. I don't want any of the defaults...I want a custom dark blue or black. How do I change the color of my taskbar (for free) in Windows XP without getting those shady programs?
