How do I build a search bar without relying on

Google or any other website? I need to put a search bar in my website so users can search all the pages in my site. I can't rely on google, yahoo, msn or whoever because they don't pick up on everything in the site (especially the parts I update daily).I will be very thankful for the person who helps me solve this problem! Thank you.
