how to create a setup file of a database program in

VB using MS access? I want to create a database program in VB using MS access. After a setup is created of that program, the program installed at one end must also work when it is installed at other end and it should also be independent of any program which was used while creating that program. The program created will not work if it is installed in other pc even if MS access is installed or not.so how to make it independent any program. I want to know how the codes of the program are written so that the program makes MS access as a database file without MS access installed.
