how can I transfer my favorites from one

computer with windows 2000 to my newer one that runs XP? I have an older compaq presario computer 5150 and I bought a newer used HP Pavilion 8665C that runs windows XP. I want to transfer my favorites and some other files and programs to my 8665C.
