how can hack my way into my own computer?

+my computer has 2 accounts- administrator and guest. i entered i passowrd for the admin account just for security purposes. but now i have to do some tasks on my computer but it can't be done with the guest account. i have to be logged on as an admin to get my work done. the problem is i've forgotten the password.what can i do?
