how can i get rid of this error message setup cannot...

...veritfy c drive? i'm triing to download windows xp in my computer it will take it but i'm getting a error messages saying setup cannot veritfy c drive. i skip that when it downloads my window files it stops at driver cab and it won't go no ferther. my computer knows i have a hard drive in it
