How can I clone the contents of one, non-windows based

computer onto my laptop that has XP? I'm thinking the operating system on the other computer is linux...not really sureMore details: I have some automotive diagnostic equipment (computer) that I want to load on my laptop. I don't mind having to wipe out the laptop. I have all the data disk to the other computer, I just need to get everything else over to my laptop that can run faster and is more dependable.
