how can i change from xp to windows 98?

i need to install windows 98 on my pc that currently has xp on it. i dont care about safety risks about it!! i dont care that 98 is a bad os!! i just need to know how to do it, it first told me to restart in msdos mode, whioch i restarted in command prompt mode instead, then it wouldnt let me take xp out (from add + remove)
