purchased for school? i have to have this for school so i downloaded the program on my computer. when i try to login the screen says one moment please but nothing happens. i dont get an error message or anything like that i just get rerouted back to the login screen. and when i tried to search for the file and open it the screen froze so how do i get the file to open so i can actually use the software. i really need to have this at home so i can do assignments without having to run to school. is there something i can use to download and open the files without hurting my computer.*note this is software that was purchased with the book for my class not downloaded off of the internet.
