I have a windows 98 and when I plug my digital...

...camera usb cord into it, it says usb error! Please Help? For everyone telling me to upgrade, this is my 7 year old daughter's computer and she has no need for a new computer, so please do not leave messages about the computer, only the asked info! Thank You!
