err..first of all i think no one has answered your question becuase it is not very clear. when you mean glitter graphics, is this a type of graphics you are looking at. ex: myspace glitter pics. or something you wand or expect. if you want an operating system with fancy gfx then you might need windows vista (which requires a good video card in order to get those good gfx) of if u mean you cant see the pics online, you probably dont have the software installed to view it. alot of them require Flash of shockwave both of which can be found at r macromedia.com
