I have a Sony TV with HDTV capabilities. Not HD

ready what DVD player do i need? I would like to get a dvd player that has a built in hd so the dvd's that I view will be in HD. Please keep it simple this stuff confuses me. I need something reliable and not over $200.00Why type? And where to buy? Thanks
