center edition 2005 not working? I recently downloaded partition magic 8.0 onto my computer I was changing the drive sizes and accidently changed my C drive to logical I think. Once I rebooted it had made my C drive hidden and won't let me into windows at all but ever since I started using Acer emode management it says loading acer emode management please wait then it displays the logo saying Windows xp with the loading bar at the bottom.I turn it on and tried to restore with my system restore discs. I do not have the original windows cd because it was preloaded on my system. I have no floppy drive so that won't help me. I made a a cd to boot to get into dos and I entered (fdisk) and it comes up with 4 options. I cannot create partitions,delete.partitions, I can sekect a bootable partition but I can not rewrite master boot record. So would some one be able to help me get preload.tag back into my system so I can restore my system to factory default.Thank you in advance if you can help me from J.Rutherford
