I have just set-up Windows Server 2003 enterprise

but it could not copy a I386 file. Is it essential? Also I have started to install updates but Service Pack 2 will not fully install as it gives errors and then uninstalls itself. Could the two be connected if so how do I find which file is missing and install it?I would also like to change the logon password but cant find where to do this.
