it depends on how serious you want to get ?baer brakes for shorter stopping distances !hotchkis for suspension parts !sit down and decide how serious you want to get and make out a detailed list of things you want to change and then start looking online @some of the aftermarket suppliers i suggested oh yeah edelbrock , k&n , msd, mallory ignition ,

What you want is speed I am assuming. Check out http://www.jegs.com or http://www.summitracing.com both awesome speed shops online. Basically you want to start with better breathing, cold air intake(or ram air), bigger throttle body, better intake manifold...new mass air flow sensor. Then headers, and a full free flow exhaust system, and new o2 sensor. Then you want to the have the computer reflashed. that should be a good gain right there. Things get more expensive from there, but you can do things like better heads, superchargers, high flow fuel injectors, high flow fuel pump, better ignition coils, shift kit or double plate clutch, posi rear end, lower rear end gears, then some suspension upgrades, brake upgrades, lighter drive shafts, aluminum flywheel, under drive pulleys....I mean with a car like that the sky is the limit, whatever you want to spend you pretty much can.

The first thing I would look into(as I have also done w/ my 02 Z28) is openin up the air intake w/ a better flowin lid & MAF. Then, open up the exhaust w/ a better flowin muffler say, a Flowmaster or Magnaflow muffler. Since, you didn't incl. what model yr we are talkin about here. There maybe some other things you can do. But, those are the first two things I would do and go from there. Here's a nice site you can check out for up-grades.. This site covers all of the different generations of f-bodies and has pretty of links to other sites on up-gradin the Camaros/Firebirds.Good luck!
