Google Adsense Problem, need solution?

Okay here goes, i registered to google ads and i have it on my blog but i want to know why does it only show public service ads all the time unless you click on the post then only the read ads will come out? How to have ads on the main page and not public service ads.Link to my blog: shaunuy.blogspot.com
