From Rhapsody to my ipod?

My dad his having a hard time getting a single song he download from rhapsody to my ipod nano. Can someone tell me what i have to do to get this single song to my ipod. (Like what I have to click)Okay so Rhapsody is not compatible with my ipod. So is there anyway I can convert the music file from rhapsody to itunes then be able to download it to my ipod?
