Heya, few days ago my Wensonic USB 2.0 stopped showing up in "my computer", but the computer does see it. I went on the Disk management thing but when i right clicked on the driver the only thing it said was " Help" and at the Volume part , its empty? I uninstalled and installed the driver but still nothing :[ It even says This device is working properly. But theres one button i didnt click which was Disable? What will happen if I pressed that? (I use the hard drive so i could play my game, and I got Disconnected from the game and i thought i pulled the usb cable but when i tried to connect it like i said at the top it wouldnt show up in my computer folder T-T )ThanksOn the site for the Trouble shooting it saysBefore use the portable disk, you shall use " FDISK" and "Format" to make your hdd available *doesnt get it* xD
